We will be using EasyChair conference system to process the paper submissions and refereeing for ERTAI-2010. - Before uploading, ensure that the paper is in PDF format. No other format will be accepted. PDF converters from MS Word, OpenOffice Writer, and LaTex are freely available.
- Paper should be properly formatted with title, authors, abstract, properly structured sections, and references. The IEEE paper format can be used as the default format. References must be complete and must be cited in the text.
- Papers should be 4-6 pages in length; very short and very long papers will not be processed.
- Please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it after successful submission. Provide the title and authors of the paper in the email. This will help us to ensure appropriate follow up.
Submission Guidelines
To submit a paper at ERTAI-2010 workshop, kindly follow the below mentioned guidelines.
- Click on the ERTAI-2010 EasyChair submission link: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ertai2010 You will be taken to the EasyChair Login Page for ERTAI-2010. You will have to use your EasyChair login account to submit a paper at ERTAI-2010. If you do not have an EasyChair account, then you may create an account by clicking at this link.
- Once you've logged-in, you have been provided the role of an "Author". As an author, to submit a new paper you should click on the menu tab "New Submission" at the top of the web page.
- Provide your full postal address, fax number (any contact number is acceptable), profile of various authors, title of the paper, abstract, and at least two keywords to characterise your submission.
- Once all the details are provided, you will have to upload your paper in PDF format and click the "Submit Paper" button at the bottom of the web page.
- After the successful submission of your paper, you will receive an email acknowledgement.
To view the important dates, click on the menu tab "ERTAI-2010" at the top of the web page or refer the SIGAI website.
To update the information about your paper, the authors, or to submit a new version of the paper, or withdraw your submission, click on the menu tab "My Submissions", select the relevant paper and click on the appropriate link at the right hand side of the web page. In case, this is your first submission using EasyChair, then you will get a menu tab "Paper 1" instead of the menu tab "My Submissions".
FAQ's
- If you click on "New Submission", and nothing happens, then you may have a browser-related problem.
- If the only menu tab you see is "Help", then, also, you may have a browser-related problem.
